  • How can I make my reservation?

    Reservations can be made a variety of ways including by phone, email, our website, or in person.

  • How far in advance should I make my reservation?

    This varies widely based on the type of vehicle desired and time of year. Specialty vehicles should be booked well in advance, while our sedans can be booked within 24 hours of the pickup date.

  • Can I request a specific driver?

    We are happy to accommodate all of our passengers’ needs, including driver requests!

  • Can I visit in person to view the fleet and make a reservation?

    Yes, and we encourage you to do so. Speak with a reservation specialist to schedule a time for one of our staff to show you our fleet.

  • Is smoking allowed in the vehicles?

    No. All of our vehicles are non-smoking.
