With the beginning of wedding season, Bridal Shows are more important than ever. This past weekend, Troy and I went to The Bride’s Bridal Show at Travis Point Country Club in Ann Arbor. It was a great event and we had the chance to meet many couples that are planning their wedding. What really impressed me was the foresight that many couples had to start planning their special day early. Most of the brides that we spoke with had at least 4 months before their date, and many of them were looking for mid-2019. Being at this bridal show we were able to speak with these couples in person to get the best understanding of their needs. Another fantastic part was our opportunity to show off our beautiful Mercedes Sprinter Limo and start announcing our new Jeep Grand Cherokee Stretch.

One of the questions that I am regularly asked regarding wedding transportation is, “When should I book?” Quite simply, the best answer for this is the second that you know what vehicle you want, you should be locking it in. We only have so many vehicles, and with them being first come first serve, booking right away is your best option. The follow up to that is often, “How far out do you normally book?” That is a little more difficult to answer, but I have had people book as early as two years in advance. What this does then is give you the peace of mind that the transportation is fully taken care of and you don’t need to worry about it. Remember we are always here to answer your questions, we have helped to plan close to 1000 events, so our experience is at your disposal.

When it comes to weddings and limousines there is no typical. One day we might have a 10-hour trip that consists of the wedding party, their dates, and parents of the bride and groom. The next day it may be 4-hours with only the bride and groom. We will work with you to help plan these things. The best way to do that (other than at a Bridal Show) is to come in and see us. You can see the vehicles, go over your thoughts with us, and then we will discuss the details together so that you know what everything means. This gives you the chance to see what we have to offer, and to be sure that you are getting what you want. We can give you suggestions, but ultimately you will make the final decision.

There are more bridal shows on the horizon, and with wedding season gearing up, we are going to be booking for the rest of the year quickly. Remember, ask questions! Your vendors are your experts and should be willing to give you advice. We might not be able to answer every question about your wedding, but when it comes to the transportation, we can.  We are your transportation experts and are here to help.
